The Workers Compensation Commission has introduced eScreens - an online facility that allows application forms to be submitted electronically over the Internet.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION PRIOR TO LODGEMENT OF AN APPLICATION VIA eScreens

eScreens is currently only compatible with Microsoft Internet Explorer version 6 or above. Please do NOT attempt to lodge an eScreens Form using a browser other than IE 6 or above as known errors exist and correct lodgement cannot be guaranteed.

eScreens is fitted with a session time out after 20 minutes of no keystroke activity. Should this occur, the information in the form will be lost.

eScreens will not accept any document in electronic format larger than 10MB.

Each supporting document must be uploaded individually and not merged together as one document. If you merge documents, the Commission may reject your application.

Applications may not be split. You must submit the complete application including all supporting documents either electronically or manually. The Commission will not accept applications that are a hybrid.
